Shipping Policy

We ship from our ethically managed factory in India, where our garments are handmade.
Kindly note non-business or non-working days are not included in the delivery time frame. Any customs or delivery service delays which are unavoidable are not included in the delivery time frame. The standard delivery is not a guaranteed service, it is estimated delivery timeline.
Your privacy is extremely important to us all our items are shipped packed in the plain packaging.
We ship with best possible economical services for Standard Shipping and send tracking details to customers promptly once package is shipped. Standard shipping does not offer signature delivery so customer need to keep a track of the package and collect once left at door or in secured premised. We do not assume responsibility for the lost packages sent using Standard Shipping.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The all custom orders will not be cancelled or exchanged. All customization requests are accepted before payments. After payment we will start processing the order, so further requests will not be accepted.
